Hi All,
What a wonderful trip we had to Gatlinburg! We left Friday morning and got back last night about 9:30. We got to do lots of fun stuff. We shopped, ate some great food, saw some amazing scenery, and rode some fun rides. We even got to see some soldiers finishing a 26 mile marathon in honor of a fallen soldier. It was nice to see everyone with flags cheering them on, no matter what their stance on the war was. Kaden waved his flag and cheered "Nice, guys" a few times! The place we stayed was right off the main strip in Gatlinburg and was perfect. It was so nice to get away even if it was only for a few days. The kids had a lot of fun and got a lot of new clothes for Spring/Summer. The weather was beautiful. Sunday I think it was 82 and I had Kaden in shorts! And now we are expecting snow and freezing tonight- Ken just got in from trying to cover up our newly bloomed tulips! I hope we don't lose them all. Tonight at dinner Kaden sat in his booster seat at the table for the first time. He did really good, he is a little short for it but he didn't complain. He is getting so big and can say pretty much anything you ask him to. Like tonight at dinner he dropped his piece of apple on the floor and I picked it up and he said.. "Nasty". Every time he finds something on the floor or mulch and tries to eat it we say Shoo, that's nasty! He just amazes me more every day, I am so blessed he is ours! Ken is off tomorrow and we are going to attempt to get back to the gym, we have gotten way off course with all we have going on. Hope all is well with you and yours.
XOXO,
The Glass Family
